We're free to interpretation though. Chino said it himself, he wants to make feelings rather than announce them. The lyrics obviously won't be understood on the surface, you actually have to find out yourself what they mean.

Story Time:

My mom works at a bowling alley. She came home one time saying that someone left a CD up there, and no one claimed it. She gave it to me and said I might like it. It just said "Team Sleep" at the top. Upon opening the CD, I found Deftones' "Saturday Night Wrist" on top of the Team Sleep CD. Upon further research, I found out that Team Sleep was Chino's side project.

For people that don't have a youtube account, they should get ads as they are right now.
