Yeah. I know all about them. Used to fly in them regularly. Everytime I would read about another one going into prop-overspeed and killing everyone, I'd sit there holding onto the seat with my ass until we landed. No thanks friend. I'll just wait for the next flight.

From all indications, it appears they have corrected the prop overspeed problem that killed Senator John Tower going in to Brunswick, Georgia.
I remember avoiding those EMB-120s like the plague. I'd fly on a 737 through DEN to get to SLC if I had to. But, mainly, I'd wait for the Metroliner. Those things were built like a tank. I like the Beech 1900 as well. Lots of nice stabilizing after thoughts hanging all over it. But it's a good airplane.
Its a shame this airport is out of use now. The new one is cool but the location of the plateau KSGU was much cooler.
