How to use finishing moves in battle??

how to use finshing move??? I'm stuck with it . . . is there a requirement to use it?

@jomzloko7 When you are leveling up and charge of power on Battle, you must press the Circle Button to release power

Wow, it's like Namco didn't want copies to be sold. Amazing game, horrible video and representation.

@yoyoyo88665 I agree! Legend of Heroes 3 Songs of the Ocean was brilliant!!! leozqual2 makes it look lame :(

The game has a great adventure and Story. <-- oh yeah :) this is what i call a perfect rpg, along with the other 2 loh games
