Given this was the series finale, I wonder if that's why they did stick in the Pigs in Space and Kermit P.I. footage from "Little Muppet Monsters" just a nice way of finding use for something that only got aired once before (at least someone at Marvel apparently remembered this).
Oh my gosh! I finally found it! This episode has been in my mind for so long and it's been driving me crazy trying to find it. I remembered seeing Kermit and Fozzie as adults and now I remember!
Hey some of those claymation scenes were recycled from The Great Muppet Cartoon Show - The T-Rex and Gonzee's Playhouse Channel - The Claymation Monsters
@livinlarge18 Seems like an excuse to use whatever clips were around for this episode (even from a previous production that lasted only a few episodes, "Little Muppet Monsters").
Have you guys noticed that Baby Fozzie (for example at 5:41-5:46, "But these are the best banana suits you've ever seen, right?") sounds different that the adult Fozzie (3:45-3:51, "Think like a gorilla? I can't even think like a bear."), even though they're both Greg Berg?
Actually, the first line of the Little Muppet Monsters stock footage ("My assistant Fozzie Bear and I...") is most definitely Jim. The adult Kermit/Fozzie cartoons were made in 1985-86, and the wraparounds were of the live-action Kermit, voiced by Jim.
There was footage from two different Three Stooges shorts. One of them is "Men in Black," 1934, their third short! Or is it their fourth? Because Woman Haters was their first without Healy.
Frank Welker and Greg Berg did fine renditions of animated versions of characters Jim Henson and Frank Oz did so well via puppetering. Likewise for Hal Rayle's rendition of an animated adult Piggy, as she sounds like a later version done by Frank Oz, her original performer.

Mr. Weirdo's Universe was my favorite part of this episode.
God, I miss this show. They need to put this on DVD.

"Zip it, Bananabrain!"
"(mumbles) Whoa! Could you pass the cherries and chopped nuts please?" LOL!!
I also enjoy how they include the three stooges in their episodes. They used "Men in Black," and "Spook Louder."

Jim couldn't even voice Kermit for this episode because this was after his passing
