if you use a chimney there's no need for lighter fluid and the charcoal gives off a nice even heat. if you use gas it leaves your meat tasting like gas...that's no good. : )
when you say u, you must be speaking about yourself in the third person because i know that i can taste the gas in meat from a gas grill. i am sorry that you have not been so fortunate as to have meat that has been properly prepared. : )
as i said before...you should not use lighter fluid on charcoal. that's what a chimney is for. if you keep this up i may have to post a grilling instructional video! let me re-emphasize...there is no need for lighter fluid when using charcoal. you use a chimney to get the coals nice and hot before putting them on the grill for nice even heat. tasty tasty. : )

yeah right, charcole makes the food tastes like charcole.. u dont taste gas when u eat food cooked on a gas grill

i have a feelin u never had gas grilled food.. or everyone down south doesnt know how to operate it correctly.. their shouldnt be any gas taste..
what do you think lighter fluid to light charcole is???
im all set with my lighter fluid, burnt coal tasting burgers.. i like the natural taste of real gas grillin :D
