Truth be told, I cry from art as well. Depending on the artform. Sometimes a screaming guitar riff leaves me in tears because it's so beautiful. Same with some paintings and drawings. The most beautiful thing in the world is when people are so surprised and grateful for the art you've done. That's more rewarding than some cash.

That IS the coolest thing... a nice big paycheck they are WILLING to part with also is very nice.

You are growing and don't think because you 'made it' you are there. *I know you don't think that but it narative.* ;^) I had a few of those paintings where I wondered; "Did I make that?"

The journey goes on and on. Just be sure to surpise yourself like that every now and then.
