  • Hey, Thank you for this!!!

  • Really awesome! Thanks.

  • love your tips. thank-you Sadie as a lot of these secrets are never really told. : )

  • thanks! I think many people don't know these ways into the practice even exist, so they can't tell their students. But hey--when you got it, share it! I'm glad you like this--it's really one of the most transformative poses around. xoSadie

  • Thanks Sadie it really works, can now float up into handstands thanks to you. Loving your Matrixy and Jump to sit videos as well.

Any chance of one on Jump Backs and especially preparing and building up to getting that lift up, hand/shoulder position etc. thanks again.

  • Thanks, you two--

I will work on the jump back video for you next!! Keep it up, and watch your magic expand:)

    Sadie

  • At first I was like "30?" no problem! But this kicked my asana! I can tell that it's a fast-track to strength. Watch me do a handstand in a month! namaste.

  • now it sounds like you have a parrot there... /me hmmmms. good pointer, that's what i like about yoga, using your own body to build strength. it's more natural, balanced (fits one's body size and weight) and is more lasting.
