now it sounds like you have a parrot there... /me hmmmms. good pointer, that's what i like about yoga, using your own body to build strength. it's more natural, balanced (fits one's body size and weight) and is more lasting.

Thanks Sadie it really works, can now float up into handstands thanks to you. Loving your Matrixy and Jump to sit videos as well.
Any chance of one on Jump Backs and especially preparing and building up to getting that lift up, hand/shoulder position etc. thanks again.
