Not to be a hater or anything, but I would suggest using Ryan Wieber's tutorial, to see if you get better results for rotoscoping. I think his one for motion, using Adobe After Effects is on his website. What you have here is good, though. Some of the frames look semi stop-motion, so that might be what's throwing the effect off. And if you did use Ryan's technique then I'm not sure what to tell ya bud.
