許多人認為菲律賓警隊無能，我覺得倒不如說他們另有用心。 用鐵錘打碎窗戶，我懷疑是給狙擊者毀滅證據。 寧可殺光，不可曝光，不可排除故意由遠距離狙擊人質，在水洗都不­­清的時候，另劫匪騎虎難下，無法全身而脫。另也不排除劫匪，巴­士­司機，以及極可能一個幕後黑手的第三者，在劫巴士的事情有預­先的­安排，而司機逃出巴士後，聲稱乘客都均被殺死，乃與幕後黑­手之合­作出賣，置劫匪於死地。
