That rage you're talking about occures to me each time I listen to Rammstein (Benzin, Sehnsucht, Links-2-3-4, etc...) while working out. Also the Hardcore track from like "The Playah" or "Neophyte" triggers that rage. I often have to go to total muscular failure and then take off my earphones to get back to reality.
I'm experiencing an urge to go at the gym it seems to be an addiction of fitness ,although I cannot go for another several weeks because I fractured my fore-arm about a month ago and that what made me realise that i love this passion of lifting and I tend to stick with it for as long as I possibly could
I find myself having to resist the urge to train from time to time, I def need to get myself joined up with a gym though.
It's hard and possibly unhealthy to train until you're in that exhausted state of mind when you live with chain smokers like I do, I know all that deep breathing can't be good for me with this nasty tobacco stench in the air. Just another example of smokers making life suck for non smokers I guess.

i have a lil problem i use to be chubby and now i lost all the weight by just consuming less calories and i didnt do cardio, im skinny now and underweight but i still have jelly around my stomach only sort of like losse skin but its not losse skin though any advice and i just started lifting weights and want to be jacked out of my mind

Also I had to say that one time I took green tea and arginine (and it wasn't even the first time taking them), went to gym and i was just roaring when lifting the weights. I had too much power. I almost injured myself that time! LOL.

I am beginning to live this feeling lui, and i give a ton of credit to you...it was you who motivated me in the first place to begin hitting the gym, and now, 4 months later, i am almost 45lbs lighter...excited to show you my transformation within the next month or so.

Yeah I definitely let my aggression come out on deadlift days. Nothing compares to that feeling of pushing yourself with compound exercises. Actually after a year of training I realised I stopped fighting, I can't say it's because I channeled all my aggression into lifting but It's an interesting coincidence. Noticed I'm not as short tempered nowadays.
bro i know what you mean. i workout at home majority of my movements are multiple joint movements. some times i beat the hell out of my last workout and i feel motivated to train the next day. i know this will do more damage then good but i can't wait to beat my next workout. my issue is i have excessive body fat so i will try to do some cardio on the days i'm not weight training. lui thank you for you vids. you are one of the 3 channels that i subscribe to. keep up the good work.
I love the "orgasm" at the gym! The sensation is incredible! Im only 16 so I hope to ride on this urge until I die! And I definitely know the aggression youre talking about! Everytime i pick up the weights, my body feels so powerful and in such rage!

I know what you mean man! I usually have to fight the urge to go to the gym because I'm a student, and usually I'm pretty bored when I get home. Going to the gym is something I look forward to, if I know I have to day off, I'll be bored all day. Definitely know what you mean about having the feeling of "Free drugs." It does get addicting, I think when I first started going to the gym I went 6 days a week just because the high you get is so amazing.
..workout at the gym, I was thinking about change my workoutplan to this: monday-chest. tuesday-shoulders and traps. wednesday-biceps. thursday-triceps. friday-back. saturday-legs. With 3 exercise per musclegroup, 3 sets per exercise. It's just like my last schedule except I train traps and legs and instead of doing 2 musclegroups ever other day for about 1 hour, I would do 1 muscle group everyday (except sunday) for about 30 minutes. So is that really overtraining? Sorry for the long message.
lui marco. nice videos man, they are really helpfull. I have lifted weights about 2 years back and forth. And about 7 weeks ago I quit, but maybe now in like 4 weeks i'm going back to train again. And before i quit´I worked out at home, I trained everthing but traps and legs, my workout plan was like this: Monday-chest, wednesday-triceps, biceps. Friday-shoulders and back. and then chest on sunday etc every other day with 3 exercises per musclegroup and sets per exersice. And i'm gonna ....

I think what you experience is because heavy weightlifting causes testosterone release on the spot.. along with endorphin release, so it is indeed like a drug. The people on gear have that magnified beacuse they are at superhuman testosterone levels.. to the point where it goes too far hence "roid rage"

Absolutely true, great observations. I share your addiction to the gym, I lift first thing in the morning M-F (five day split routine) and sometimes Sunday too. It is the best hour or so of the day for me. It makes me feel so good, as Arnold said, getting the pump feels so awesome - and indeed you learn to push your limits, feel the gym rage or aggression and work harder because you know it will make your muscles grow and increase your strength. I limit my workout time to avoid overtraining
I feel this quite often and I agree, you don't have to take strange stuff to live it, but it may be because I'm 19 also and my testosterone levels are too high. I feel it mostly when I'm doing squats. It is crazy!!!

Sometimes, especially on compound exercises like squats and deadlifts I HAVE TO get agressive, else I am not able to lift them weights for the full set... After my gym session I feel really great, and not agressive whatsoever... But I have that feeling that I'm invinsible and that's a great feeling, and to me it's an addiction yes :)

Yeah I'm addicted to it. I don't need an ipod because I get high off the adrenaline. I let all my stress out..and bring out that rage and passion..its just an unexplainable feeling. Yeah I definitely let my aggression come out on deadlift days. Nothing compares to that feeling of pushing yourself with compound exercises. Actually after a year of training I realised I stopped fighting, I can't say it's because I channeled all my aggression into lifting but It's an interesting coincidence. Noticed I'm not as short tempered nowadays.

bro i know what you mean. i workout at home majority of my movements are multiple joint movements. some times i beat the hell out of my last workout and i feel motivated to train the next day. i know this will do more damage then good but i can't wait to beat my next workout. my issue is i have excessive body fat so i will try to do some cardio on the days i'm not weight training. lui thank you for you vids. you are one of the 3 channels that i subscribe to. keep up the good work.

I know what you mean man! I usually have to fight the urge to go to the gym because I'm a student, and usually I'm pretty bored when I get home. Going to the gym is something I look forward to, if I know I have to day off, I'll be bored all day. Definitely know what you mean about having the feeling of "Free drugs." It does get addicting, I think when I first started going to the gym I went 6 days a week just because the high you get is so amazing.

..workout at the gym, I was thinking about change my workoutplan to this: monday-chest. tuesday-shoulders and traps. wednesday-biceps. thursday-triceps. friday-back. saturday-legs. With 3 exercise per musclegroup, 3 sets per exercise. It's just like my last schedule except I train traps and legs and instead of doing 2 musclegroups ever other day for about 1 hour, I would do 1 muscle group everyday (except sunday) for about 30 minutes. So is that really overtraining? Sorry for the long message.

lui marco. nice videos man, they are really helpfull. I have lifted weights about 2 years back and forth. And about 7 weeks ago I quit, but maybe now in like 4 weeks i'm going back to train again. And before i quit´I worked out at home, I trained everthing but traps and legs, my workout plan was like this: Monday-chest, wednesday-triceps, biceps. Friday-shoulders and back. and then chest on sunday etc every other day with 3 exercises per musclegroup and sets per exersice. And i'm gonna ....

@danthaman7777 Arnold was popping oral steroids like M&Ms, everyone was back then because it wasn't illegal. He was doing it for a long time too, if you look at the shape he was in when he won Mr. Universe (age 19), he was easily taking steroids, and he probably started at 16 or 17 years old.

I think what you experience is because heavy weightlifting causes testosterone release on the spot.. along with endorphin release, so it is indeed like a drug. The people on gear have that magnified beacuse they are at superhuman testosterone levels.. to the point where it goes too far hence "roid rage"

Absolutely true, great observations. I share your addiction to the gym, I lift first thing in the morning M-F (five day split routine) and sometimes Sunday too. It is the best hour or so of the day for me. It makes me feel so good, as Arnold said, getting the pump feels so awesome - and indeed you learn to push your limits, feel the gym rage or aggression and work harder because you know it will make your muscles grow and increase your strength. I limit my workout time to avoid overtraining

Sometimes, especially on compound exercises like squats and deadlifts I HAVE TO get agressive, else I am not able to lift them weights for the full set... After my gym session I feel really great, and not agressive whatsoever... But I have that feeling that I'm invinsible and that's a great feeling, and to me it's an addiction yes :)

Yeah I'm addicted to it. I don't need an ipod because I get high off the adrenaline. I let all my stress out..and bring out that rage and passion..its just an unexplainable feeling. And I think thats why us gym rats like to get other people to go. We truly value our bodies and the feeling we get from lifting, and we want to share it with everyone.
