  • So many knobs and flashy things. One day I too will have a room like this.

  • thanks, y would like to make a modular myself buy y know very little of electronics, do you think that kind of sound (without the effects obviously) could be made in a dx7?? y know its insane but y think all is possible.

  • what's that wha wha effect?

  • I believe, if I remember correctly and am thinking of the same effect you are, that it's the doepfer 101-2 vactrol lowpass gate filter.

  • I mean "nerds" in a good way, by the way, because I'm one too! Cool experiment but I challenge you to take it to the next level...do something musical with it.

  • Nerds!

  • geeze! its like a space station in there! lol i would get so confused with all the synths, i'll stick to guitar n that for now i think lol sounding awesome though! we are trying to get my bands singer a minisynth like the microkorg, any recomendations?

    cheers!

    awesome vid!

    Dom

  • Badass use of a badass rig!

  • nice and dirty!

  • I love this. I also love the fact that looking out the window, it's a nice sunny day, and here we are with the blinds shut, inside, playing with synths. Hey, I live on the beach in Florida -- and I do the same thing on a nice sunny day. Tremendous. Please post more. Alfred.

  • Lucky sob's... here where I live it's mostly cloudy and rainy all the time :P

  • eh? did you plug a midi patch into your sh-101 or just plug the output into the doepfer?

  • The doepfer is spitting out analog clock from midi, clocking the 101, whose analog cv/gate outs are driving the doepfer
