The rattling is the rocker arm / valve clearances which need setting to the correct gap with the feeler gauges they are a bit too wide when the engine is warm. These bikes are a cheap replica of a Honda and go rusty very quickly bu done 10,000 miles in 5 years so I've had my money's worth!
Hi! I am considering buyibg a Yamasaki YM 150, and it's really difficult to find information about these Yamasakis on the net. I have one question for you, what is the rattling sound when you decelerate?

I built it from a crate - was easy but they do go rusty quick and anything rubber perishes fast , 5 years and 10,000 miles so far, not so bad!

I like, I'm really considering getting one. My dad wants to get the crated version and put it together :)
