Hindus - Why are Hindu temples under Govt control while Churches and Mosques are not? Govt loots Hindu temple money and uses the funds to dole out Muslim Haj subsidies and build Christian churches. Protest this nonsense! Hindu temple money should be used for the welfare of less fortunate Hindus and for the promotion of Hindu culture, not for promotion of Islam and Christianity!

THe chilkuru balaji temple in hyderabad has taken a step in this matter . there are no hundis here for collection of money. on this ground they have protested taking over of temple by endounment department. I hope the other temples also soon follow them. I am not aganist haj subsidy but then govt should also provide subsidy for Kalish mansarovar yatra done by the hindus

@PseudoSecularIndia as your sayin this, do you know Yesudas is a Christian? Get some life man. Don't stirr religious tensions. Logically there's no reason for Govt to take our temple money and use for Christianity and Islam. If you say they're taking for themselves then it makes sense. Btw Yesudas singing Ayyappa song, I feel this is how the world should be, a religionless faith that can bring unity and harmony among man.

@giriisindahouse - Yesudas was thrown out of his religion, and welcomed by the hindus, because he sang for hindu deity. i am too fan of him. PseudoSecularIndia said is reality, and said is good in paperwork only. Haj piligrim was sent to mecca from the exchequer of India and Christain were sent in concession to thier holy place. can you find any hindus get single anna from govt to go to holy places like Kasi & Rameshwaram?
