It's interesting that the parks saved the bison from extinction when the original plan was to make the bison extinct so that the Plains Indians would be extinct as well. Interesting...

One thing has to be said and for all I know he does go into this and that is the land came from Native American Indians.
I don't know if it was ever paid for but if it was taken from them then at least that is something that we should know.
From what little I do know or can guess at
is that the whole idea that nature is something special and should be preserved is an Indian concept..
I'm confident he must go into this in the series I'm surprised he says nothing in this video about that.
