I don't know whether it's the problem of yang taiji or just that she hasn't learned it well. The way she puts her leg on the ground is too straight and in a real fight her leg would be easily breakable.

absulutely beautiful, graceful and flows like the breeze. I'm new to tai chi and just learning the 24 forms but I'd never seen anyone do the movements like this.

I personally admire her grace and agility. In term of natural flow, she is among the best I have had the pleasure to ever see. Her elegance is absolutely superb!

I do not see any problem. That happens when Chiou was doing "caressing the bird's tail". Forces from toe to finger with waist manuvering the delicate movements which are indeed graceful and accurate!

Taichi is also life and life style. Look at Miss Chiou's soft flow, almost effortless and carefree, in which chi and movement harmonize into a breeze-like rhythmic gentle wave after wave. She is serene but not tense, concentrating but relaxed. This is how our lives should be. I observe her daily! I become a better person. She is indeed a good teacher!

You probably can. I think you can but you need to stretch a lot. If you are muscular, you need more stretching. Other than lowering down and lifting legs, there is no reason you can not do it. Many good Taichi master are over 80's!
