Everquest 2 Character Creation

Can someone help me? I want to delete a character but I don't get what I have to tipe in to delete the char. It reads tipe the name below but I don't see any name!

I was kinda disappointed with character customization. Not as many options as I would like, I was hoping this was because I am playing in trial mode but it seems thats not the case judging from this video. For instance, I think elven females are a tad too thick/muscular looking, would like to have an option to where u can affect their build, breast size(hehe) etc. The eyes dont ever seem bright enough, all the colors are kinda toned down and dull looking. otherwise I like this game, its great.

There two different games. DDO is heavily instanced, has a way different combat system, lacks decent crafting, not as good graphics, etc. DDO is good, it's unlike any other MMO, but failed and had to take up F2P with cash shop for a reason.
