@higuyimfried only 8 points on the smithing tree? Yea, ONLY 8 points. You have to be fucking level 100 to make the dragon armor. And by the time you reach that, Daedric is better. I have both sets and I use the Daedric armor and helmet and the dragon boots and gauntlets. The only reason for that is cuz ebony and daedra hearts are hard to come by

(I believe that it's the Nightingale Armor with the Krosis Dragonpriest mask. Did you know that you can equip a Falmer helmet with another helmet? It's great for doubling up enchantments)

or you can by iron my 50s in solitude, spam iron daggers, get smithing to 90 and make it yourself with leveling up included

The easiest way would be to level up Smithing to level 80 and smith the gauntlets (takes only about an hour, less if you're lucky and focus only on getting Smithing to level 80) or you could level your character up to level 25+ and then it can be found on high-tier bandit enemies like the chieftain or whatever it is.

for those of you that want the sigil stone, you need 100 conjuration. and if you want 100 conjuration, buy the spell SOUL TRAP and dual cast on a horse as many times as it take to get 100. the horse will not care if you do this and it wont die. i got 100 conjuration in less than 30 minutes. and if youre a high elf use highborn alot to replenish your magic.

The only recipe that doesn't work is the daedric boots one w/o enchantment. They show up, u can pick them up, but they don't show up in your inventory and can't be equipped, but the enchanted boots can be worn.

THIS IS AWESOME, now I know what all these Centurion cores and other stuff are for! I thought they were useless junk to sell (at a high PRICE!, little RE4 reference), but I lately discovered how to get into the Midden without joining the damn Guild *trollface*. Yeah, nothing wrong with joining the Guild, I just don't like that they have to "test" you (as always) and give you a new quest (Talk to the Arch Mage, and so on). So eff the Guild, I'm in their college anyways, steeling all their stuff.

Actually Chillrend obtained at lvl 46+ has a higher base damage than a daedric sword (it has the base damage of a daedric war axe) and thus with the glass smithing perk is the most powerful sword in the game (specially since it has frost damage and soul trap on it as well).

Another great sword is Dragonbane at lvl 46+. Same base damage as daedric except it's tempered under the steel smithing perk and has +40 damage against dragons. Both of these are amazing if you're using light armor.

To get best sword in game upgrade smithing to 90 then make daedric sword and use the grindstone to make it "Legendary" (without making it "Legendary" it wont be the best sword)

@Hiroshimatwinky You are very wrong ! Use enchanting ( 100 ) to make alchemy gear , then make potions ( 100 ) for smithing. Use the potion and upgrade the sword ( again best to use 100 skill ) and you will get something like triple teh damage of a warhamer. Then enchant it with 2 damage enchants like shock damage and frost damage at maximum damage with grand / black sould gems. Now equip 2 of those swords. Gratz , now you can oneshot a giant.

Definitely not, if you have the smithing you can improve 10x fold with a blacksmithing poition, I have a daedric bow with base dmg 145 without my equipment on, with gear on its 374dmg(thats with dual enchants on my gear with +40% bow dmg)

great video. Just to answer someone question, you don't need Daedric Smithing for this. My character uses light armor so, I got Dragon Armor for my perk. I used the forge to get a Daedric Sword but unfortunately it can only be upgraded to flawless not legendary :(

@MrJoeyGold No perk required. Instead, conjuration of level 90 is indirectly required. To use Daedric Forging, you need the Sigil Stone (the red orb), alluded to in a book in the same room. To get that stone, you need to complete "Conjuration Ritual Quest", by talking to Phinis Gester of the College of Winterhold. Complete this quest, and the Sigil Stone is the reward.

In theory, hacking would let you use it right away, but why?
