I think that, of all that was horrible about this video, the thing that annoyed me most was the fact that his name is Leonardo, not Leonard.

I-I don't understand why someone would wanna create something this depressing. And why does Leonardo have such a sorry accent? Why does he look so old? If this is set 20 years after he was a "teenage" mutant ninja turtle, he'd be in his thirties. And turtles can live over 100 years old. Some species 300. Surely he could age better than THIS.

Valiant effort, acting is great, sound was pretty poor, and both the concept and the writing were horrible.

The turtles are ninja's. Ninja's, at middleage, dont take desk jobs. They just dont. Its not believable in the slightest way, so you lose most if not all of the humour as your viewers spend all their time trying to comprehend WHY, instead of already understanding so they can move right on too laughing.

Im saying this idea for a video stinks. Its not just Ninja's with dayjobs, its a NINJA who is now the lowest of the low employee. It doesnt make sense, Leo is not a passive loser. So its just a passive turtle loser.

Now if they actually wrote Leo like LEO and put him in a dayjob, well then you'd have Leo as a manager leading his turtle sales team, and Raph complaining to him about 'the no weapons rule' while Miky is ordering pizza instead of working. THAT would be funny, because its THEM.

Constructively, all I can say is that while the photography is good, and the costume is fitting for "Leonard," the script itself lacks a hook and a punchline. Even if this is meant as observational comedy, the events being observed aren't funny. Its just a horrible day for a middle aged guy. His life would normally evoke sympathy, but we're expected to find it funny just because he's a Ninja Turtle...
