i would say check out GT they are cheep and good quality

for street, you should get a 24 inch bike.

but what the guys in the video you showed me do, is trial, which is something totally different than dirt jumping or streeting. with a trial bike, you can't really do dirt jumps or downhill, the bars are too low for that.
