Maybe the Chinese army is good to fight hostage takers and gang members,which you observed in staged performances e.g. for the 2008 olympics.But this is really the job for the police,which by the way is the same useless as the Chinese Armed Forces.Without Russian,copied and stolen military technology the Forces are nothing. I don't even know whether they could operate this equipment.

As for "no combat experience" Does a standing army in excess of a million assault troops really need "combat experience" when they are attacking your position? It would be interesting to know which Western military power has these superior troops with combat experience.
