For the first WDW star, drop the water level as low as it can go. At the pillar where the Amp is spinning there is a warp in the inner part on the bottom, That will take you to the cannon. Go to the right and drop down onto the platform. The Yellow box has the star.

yo noob, its not how high you jump, if you jump into it backwards the water is to the top- makes it super easy for stars 4-6 because you dont need to cannon! just swim over there :)
