  • This is no different than your "bisolator" video, except that in this video you suggest rotating your grip - which would be very uncomfortable and difficult to do if you were to use any significant amount of weight.

  • if you want longer biceps use less weight and more reps. if you want it in more of a ball shape do heavier of less reps

  • nice thx man. wat weights shud i use?? shud i use really light ones or really heavy ons?
