  • Too bad you had such a bad experience with your jawbone headset

  • @JawboneBluetooth it was an unfortunate scenario as I really liked the design and concept of Jawbone. I am ready to test again but not sure if I want to buy one or not.

  • Hi Guys - just picked up the Plantronics Voyager Pro and it the hands down winner over all these headsets!!!

I will be moving some of my videos to my channel at @projectgadget thanks and cutting a video on this new headset.

  • jawbone suck every time i tried to turn up the volume i lost the call

  • Not a big fan of Jawbone either - The plantronics voyager is the one to get now!

  • How would you compare this to the -

    Zivio Boom Bluetooth Headset

    &

    Plantronics Voyager PRO

    Thxs

  • You are correct is it a lame headset. Sorry cut the video before i fully tested but now I have and Blue Ant is better choice I hear.

  • jawbone really sucks i have it an use it everyone says they cant hear me at time... i thought its the best??? it cost me $130 i could go to walmart get a $30 bluetheeth i bet it would work better then this shit! sorry i am not mad at you just thought i was getting the best bluethooth out there but it isn't!

  • I have an amazing knife set and really into boating... want to go fishing?

  • Good review.

Can you put the ear loop on both sides of the jawbone so you can wear it on both ears?

  • Yes, you can pull out the Jawbone ear loop and switch positions for either ear. They included many options for ear loops and ear adapters on Jawbone I and II to accommodate different types of mobile users. The packaging alone is award winning and on par with Apple.

  • The fact that the Jawbone I, II had to touch my face to work was crazy. People couldn't hear me at times and was one of the reasons I returned it. After buying each top of the line bluetooth headsets I can safely say that more expensive may not be better. My favorite is the Plantronics 925 and tried Jawbone I, II, Motorola Motopure and my old standby the plantronics 510. I also feel that maybe the phone's bluetooth system & network can cuase issues. I use a blackberry curve through T-Mobile.

  • you shuold try jabra gels at radio shack,, i had same problem and the gels works. they fit tite but not uncomfortable. they make the jawbones little knob touch cheek better, i ride and jog with it wont fall off. the noise asssasin really works, i tried gennum, plantronics 510, all top noise reducers and this is best so far,im waiting for the nextlink/motorola q7 then i may switch.

  • Yeah the noise suppression system is great but I have a hard time getting the blue tooth to stay connected or better yet in touch with my face. In order for for to really use it I can not move my face that much or I will have to constantly rearrange the blue tooth. It seems to me that the cheapo blue tooth Motorola H550 total cost $20 including s/h on ebay is a better deal since the ear loop "grasps" to the contour of my ear if not all ears better. Fancy is not always better.

  • My Motorola Motopure bluetooth fell into the pool so had to get another bluetooth headset. Amazing that the new one works much better than the old one. This industry appears to release bluetooth products so quickly that they tend to skip the small details on fit, form and function. Happy once again and amazing that I am not wearing a Jawbone, go figure!

  • Picked up the Motorola Motopure and returned the Jawbone II. The sound in the Jawbone I and II for me was tinny and didn't fit my ear. Didn't really do much for noise cancellation because it didn't fit my ear right (my issue).

The Motorola Motopure bluetooth has 2 mics and sounds really great. The setup was easy and fits in my ear ok. It came with 2 chargers and carrying case of bluetooth so will make a video on that this week. I don't think any headset is the dream one at this point, thanks!

  • Hi Chris - you know after using this for a few days I am not that into it as I was before. That's 2 Jawbones down and need a replacement, maybe more hype than it really performs. I found that it would come off my Jaw in conversation and conversation would fade away. Overall definetly night and day over the version 1 Jawbone but still not fulfilling all my needs. I will check out the Blue Ant. Cheers, Michael

  • NO headsets fit me well but the JB2 fit best, and ironically i needed the XL leather loop (my ears are not big). Try the different loops/buds and see.

also club jawbone is STILL not active yet. pretty bad marketing to send thousands of customers to the website and tell us its "under construction".

  • all jawbone2 users with earloop probs, just go to radio shack and buy jabra gels, they come in 5 sizes, i use lg size and its perfecr, i mean it stays on even when im jogging. its the fix to this earloop prob,i was gona return mine and im glad i tried the jabra ear gels,it works believe me

  • Wow, thanks for the tip on Jabra Gels at Radio Shack. Funny, I got rid of my Jawbone I, II, Motorola Motopure and now have the Plantronics 925 V groove blutooth headset. Overall the plantronics discovery 925 is the best of all 4 I tried. I am going to make a new video about the latest one. Will this ever end???

  • you should have checked out the blueant z9i i picked one up new on ebay for 69 it kicks ass!
