I really love your cellshading, and I want to give you a tip, you could use preserve opacity on your current coloring layer so you don't have to reselect everything again, it's like a clipping mask but then it's not clipped to the layer below. You can blob everywhere without going outside your coloring space.

If you are using a drawing tablet can you tell me how much your cost and were you bought your from? I asked my cousin how much hers cost and she said 2,000$ and she bought it from Fry's.
