I agree with all the following, but still believe Ralph can put his skills to use more effectively outside the horse race. We've got a dwindling supply of Nader years in the reserves, and I hate using em in elections. I'm a part of the campaign this year, and although it is organized, it has nowhere near the momentum it had in 2000. Even former big-name supporters have jumped on the Obama wagon (flip-flopping Michael Moore comes to mind). We've got to get more creative and find new solutions.

The election is so rigged, I sometimes can't figure why Ralph even considers running. He's far too effective outside of the "system" to make sense within it. Part of the reason why he's running is because his institutions (OSHA, EPA, Public Citizen, etc) are increasingly becoming either (a) overrun with corporate lobbyists or (b) ineffective because of the presence of such lobbyists.
