I don't know how to spell it, but if you go to my "Cooking with Pu" video and turn the volume up, you can hear her say the name of that flower at 0:57 seconds. They pull the stamens out, and cook the petals in their soups and stir fries.
Beautiful, I have been a very poor farmer in Australia for most of my life... I would REALLY enjoy the lifestyle in the Thai countryside. Thanks for sharing Buddy
