I heard them thru Classic Rock and I am impressed. Both versions have merit, the flute adds to the song, doen't detract, although the live version givesis also a sense of urgency that is a good sign for their eclectism. they could become huge.
Saw them support Dead Meadow at Bush Hall and they were dead good. Shame their recorded stuff has a flute and sounds all folky! Nothing wrong with flutes as such but they were much harder live.
