  • Oh, I forgot to say. I am a 52 year old woman and I have beautiful skin. I do not have 1 wrinkle, but I do also use sun screen. When I am together with my Class of "76" high school friends they can't believe my skin !

  • @kaira504 . I mix 2 to 3 tablespoons mixed in a 1/2 glass of water, once in the AM abd once in the pm, I'm never constipated either.

  • I had a colectomy and often have constipation. I drink aloe Vera Gell in the AM and PM and have great Bowel Movement s!!!
