  • get electro 5 on the street sounds label on vinyal, no digitally reshitted stuff, real old skool bboy style...kids know nothing of rap today...i can still remember listening to this on cassette when it 1st came out :) yeah im an old fucker!! so what..loving the 80's tunes all day, not this digital dubshit that they make today :))

  • @67thbully I've usually heard that version you are talking about too. This is the first time I've heard this one here. I like the guitars in it and the chorus, but I like the other one too. I like the vocal samples and the conga drums in that one.

  • I had this Streetwave 12" along with all the electro tracks I collected on vinyl as a youngster back in the 80's.Anyway, I remember a party my parents had and I was in charge of the records.So I thought I'd sneakily slip in a couple of my tunes to get the party started, Aleem's Release Yourself and Shannon's Let the Music Play.I don't think they were quite ready for Afrika Bambaataa & Newcleus, ha ha.

  • @goblinb They were pretty much totally bladdered by the time I put my stuff on and really didn't pay much attention to what was playing.It was fun watching them attempt to dance to them though. XD

  • This track reminds me of the following: red alert, quarter juices, subway noise right before you go down the steps, Breakin', and backflips off the fence, any IS or PS school in NY! My old New York, which I miss and Love! Thanks for bringing me back...
