On the other hand, the bmw's speedometer is shot from the right, so the indicator of the speedometer is not properly seen. And it's speed we are seeing is not the actual speed of the car, here it seems slower from the actual speed.

And again when you're exactly infront of the speedometer, you'll see the exact and actual speed, that in this case is faster than it's shot.

One more thing.

The Audi's speedometer is shot from the left, so actually the speed you are seeing is not the exact speed, looking the speedometer from the left makes the illusion, that the car is going faster, but when you stand directly infront of the speedometer, you'll see the actual speed, which is smaller then it seems, shot from the left.
