Osaka!  That's exactly where I was. I found weed with no problem out there. I even rolled one up in a bar and smoked with the bartender and some guy sitting next to me. Nobody in the bar seemed to care. I smoked out in Korea and China as well. Getting stoned in Asia is fun but risky.
