  • Hi draingeard! If you want to sell your Taito Egret 2, I'll buy it from you!

  • Brilliant mate.I have a 1000 in 1 games arcade arriving this week. The volume is very low on it though, how could i alter it?Plus it takes 3-4 minutes to power up.Is this a major problem and how much to put right?

    Thanks.

  • My wife wants a twister pin so bad lol. I love the fan on the top

  • I added a new video featuring Cart Fury from Midway and Radikal Bikers from Gaelco. Both cabinets have been converted to LCD monitors since it is too expensive today to use cathodic monitor, especially in 24 Khz. Also, LCD monitors are far more reliable and easy to replace if faulty.

  • niceee

  • do you have any shooting games where you use a gattling gun or gun?

  • @gerarddiz

  • Cool set up. Did I see Ghosts n Goblins there? I've always wanted to have a cabinet for Williams Defender.

  • Thank you for all comments. My arcade pcb collection has become bigger. The astro city cab has been sold and replaced with a Windy 2 from Konami with a tri frequency monitor. Also, there are two more dedicated cabs. One cruis'n'usa and a Popeye game from Nintendo USA, 1982

  • this is not orginal cab saaad 0/10

  • On the contrary, many countries recieve there official releases in Candy Cabinets. For instance I am selling brand new cabinets like KOF12, 11, SF3, maybe even 4, all from asian release. Dont make my any less authentic.

  • Damn nice... makes me drool... for I don't have an extra room in the home to do what you have done!!!

  • you only use 3 buttons to play Vampire Savior?

  • No of course, I put this game in the naomi cab to show its ability to run low resolution games in addition to standard vga games

  • Lol right! i have one!

  • beautiful room =)

  • Not bad at all.

...and I'm sure you enjoy playing DarkStalkers with 3 buttons.

  • This is just to show that the naomi cab is tri frequency and allow playing regular jamma games

  • How can you play Darkstalkers with only 3 buttons?

  • Yeah and the Ghouls and Ghosts cab has six buttons LOL. I'd switch the control panels.

  • lovely collection, keep up the good work.

  • Thank you. There is now a dedicated Virtua Cop and this weekend I will get a Cruis'n'usa upright :)

  • GILakaGP3 I think your missing the point of mame. Running a pc with mame Inside a new cabinet Is great. But as a collector I value games more than someone who has every arcade game known to man on a PC. You want the real deal thats how you played the games In your youth 20+ years ago. You wouldnt buy a Ferrari and put a skoda engine In It. Lets keep these machines as they were Intended and not rip them apart and put PC's In Inside.

  • poor you your so poor.

  • I also have a sega naomi running a pc with atomicfe and mame

  • how is it

  • Hay dude how about just geting one PC and download MAME. It's free

  • My game room has been updated. New video soon ;)

  • i wouldn't say that having an arcade in your room is "filling it up with shit" -like one guy said, the arcade machines themselves remind you of your youth and how you would get together with friends or even make new friends at your local arcade, eating pizza or potato chips and soda while you tried to beat the game or each other

  • Love that net city. makes me want one in my gameroom for 3rd strike. you need a 12b panel for those capcoms though. nice pin and <3 the gng.

  • Im a Arcade collector an this guys games room Is very nice. Emulation suffers from all sorts of problems I use both the real thing and emulation and emulation Is a poor way to play the arcade games. You cant beat playing In front of your own cabinet with you mates just like I did 15-20 years ago. Alot of younger video game fans wouldnt have known about many games I fell In love with until they used emulation so It has Its + points. But as a collector emulation only mimics the real deal.

  • Sometimes we do the best we can and get as close as we can to the real thing. That's with anything. I hate the idea of always being resigned to the PC or a game console being the best i can get..But what can I do. If i win the lottery and learn how to do repair..hell yea..i'm going for it and will have a square mile of games.

  • If i had unlimited money, or unlimited space, i would definitely outfit myself as Peter Hirschberg has. i'm not independently wealthy, nor have i taken computer & electronics courses (cuz that's what you'll need to be able to do the upkeep), nor do i have ulimited space. WIth that being said, i will most likely be doing good to afford a MAME. I know it's not the same. NOthing can replace the feel of having the machines all turned on at once beckoning to be played with their attract modes..etc

  • I was about to say, "all you need is a pool table and your set" but since I saw the other side of the room and realize how small it was....

    AWESOME GAME ROOM!!!! Definately inspired

  • why have all that congestion in your room, just get an emulator and put 1000 games on it

  • This comment phails so hard.

  • my comment shows a lot of common sense

  • no, it really doesn't. That's like settling for a picture of an action figure instead of having a real action figure proudly displayed. Any gamer who doesn't appreciate the feel and fun of a real arcade cabinet simply cannot call themselves a real gamer. The idea of having an entire room filled with dedicated cabinets of games that meant so much to you at one time is something every TRUE gamer can appreciate and work towards.

  • er no, the emulations are the real games, just because you dont fill your room up with shit doesn't mean you arnt dedicated, its JUST NOT PRACTICAL. It might be ok in the arcades but most peoples bedrooms arnt that big, next minute you'll be telling me you have to to put a cinema sized screen in your room to call yourself a true movie fan!

  • the key word here is EMULATED, it doesn't look the same as a real arcade monitor and doesn't play the same as with a real arcade joystick. On top of that, it's a collection, collections aren't meant to be practical, they are meant to showcase pieces of history that are of importance to the collector. Yes, the games can be emulated, the experience of being in an arcade cannot, that's where collections come in, and games like pinballs and racing games are meant to be felt, not just played.

  • Also comparing a movie to a game is unrealistic, and while yes it is unpractical to make a full sized Cinema in your house, I don't know a single fan of movies that doesn't try their hardest to produce the best movie viewing experience possible via surround sound and large hi-def televisions, and THAT is practical. I have my own arcade cabinet, and it fits fine into a modestly sized room, as does the setup displayed in the video.

  • Yes it is practical to produce the best viewing experience via surround sound ect: Because they will only build according to the proportion of their house, if they have any brains that is.

  • you can buy or make x arcade sticks just as you can buy different types of monitors, their only bog standard anyway, just oversized screens. Ive got a tank stick in my room and while it gives you the feel of a coin op, i still regret buying it due to impracticality.

  • That's how it's done! No LAME-emulator, only original games.

  • i want so much an Atomiswave!!!!

  • Mame ain't the real thing, sorry to say. Honestly, I just don't understand you people who want to talk down to us arcade collectors just because "lol mame is teh better". If you are under the age of 20, you just don't understand the feeling of being surrounded by the warm glow of arcade monitors awaiting your coins.

  • Okay, that's freaking awesome. A dedicated vertical screen candy cabinet right next to a horizontal one. So why bother having that 3rd one ?

  • naomi and atomiswave games requires a vga monitor to display at their best. The two cabs o n the left just display low and mid res, no vga...

  • cool. what part of the country are you in?

  • orleans, france

  • That's too bad. I live much closer to New Orleans. lol

  • not exactly the same place :)

  • j'y suis passé donc c bien pissible :)

  • excellent :)
