@DjAdam16 I think you're grossly overstating the amount of detail required for songs like this, as much as you will harp on about filters, equipment, and whatever, the basic tune that actually makes this song good can be recreated on any macbook with ableton live in under 5 minutes (I can do it). "Mainstream" songs have just as much if not more detailed production behind them because they need to sound good on so many different types of stereo systems. In short, get over yourself.
