You idiots you don't own land in america its all owned by the government. The indians figured that out damn idiots. Property tax is rent on land you will never own. So I ask idiots how much will you invest in something that you will never own? This is why the majority of real estate experts rent, because they know the truth.
you know what I want to see is the current buyers get foreclosed on their homes. It would be great if they lose their jobs and can't afford their houses anymore and they get foreclosed. I had a great laughing at those greedy assholes who bought their at the top and now I'll laugh at the stupid assholes who buy their houses now. I wish for the greatest most destructive depression ever to wipe those assholes out.
@Corsaircid, I don't think there is any innocent people in the housing market, we have crooked bankers, sneaky real estate brokers, and greedy lying stupid buyers. Who are in the innocent people and how did they get sucked into this financial mess? Who forced them to lie on their loan application to buy homes they couldn't afford?
Why on earth repossess people if the properties are then going to remain unsold and languish empty, falling potentially into disrepair? How stupid! why not let the people stay in their homes and pay what they can afford, so the banks get some money and people keep their homes and taking the strain off the state housing projects, which are already heaving like our social housing schemes. The whole thing is absolutely crazy!
@carlfinkle It's daft. One cannot own land, not in reality, as it is there long after us. If anything we only 'hold' land. And in the natural order we are as much belonging to the land and it belongs to us. These banks will come unstuck, mark my words.
@UFOSIG I could not agree more. The land owns us, we are but caretakers and if we fail in our duties the land will no longer feed us and we will return to the dust from which we came.
@UFOSIG then you're rewarding the irresponsibles, people need to learn that they cannot go around and spend money they don't have. If we run out of home projects for them they can live on the streets like most irresponsible persons.
@moniequa Yet the banks are rewarded for irresponsible lending! I am sorry but as an ex banker I know what goes on and it stinks! I have no time for irresponsibility by companies either!
@UFOSIG, Yes, you are right it takes irresponsible borrowers and lenders to make this mess so why is our government bailing them out? Why do we care so much for people who lose their homes? People make bad choices all the times and we don't see them get bailout why home buyers and bankers get all these breaks I don't understand it.
It not as bad as it seems commercial farming is hard work but self sufficient farming is not so bad Check out an organization called (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms )
@carlfinkle Yeah Ive always wanted to try it but I work too much. I have an opportunity to take on 45 acres of farmland that has sat vacant 4 nine years. I will check that site out thanx!
@carlfinkle My God at this point in my life the "Low labor" part sounds pretty good. By the way I appreciate your vids and know we are in for a rough road ahead.
This is certainly dated, but the material is just as relevant today. It's the same basic facts that i try to get people to listen to. Forget wallstreet, just think about the credit/morgage bubble still bursting.
Yes it is a bit old,I just put it up because it has the graph of the next round of mortgage resets coming up in the next two years. Its is a stark reminder of what is to come.
This is the real dark horse in the shadows, these are the one that are supposed to be prime. When they start to go off they will set off a chain reaction in the Credit default swap markets that no bailout will be able to stop.

@UFOSIG because the banks and big corporations want to own everything, and us to own nothing.

This is the best piece I've seen 60 minutes do in years. I doubt it will get much air time in the states.
