Hi hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy lost tons of weight with it.
I am a female 5'4 , I am 13 and I am 130 pounds size 3 pants . I know I don't need to loose weight but I need to exersize more ! My friends have a better metabolism then me ! My friends are about 5'2-5'3 girls ,13 years old and weigh 80-100 pounds ! My doctor says I don't need to loose weight but I just want to loose 10 pounds :(

Yes you are extremely overweight. Im 5'4 120lbs. Even I feel overweight haha. Don't waste your time in a gym, I tried it and got 0 results going everyday. Just do good ol fashioned pushups and situps.

@Responsibility1011 HEy there! I would say your just slightly over weight. A lot depends on how tall you are. I'm 5 foot 4 inches and 129 pounds. So if you are taller you should prob be around 135 or 140
diet is a disgusting word. girls or boys, men and women think that diets are amazing. really?no. im 12 years old and my teacher is teaching me that diets are awful. diets are pretty much like abusing your diet. dont go on a diet. just eat the same but smaller amounts. have plenty of water and exercise 60 minutes a day. 20-30 minutes wont do it because your body wont burn any fat until youre over 30 minutes. im over weight and i know how all of you feel. try it out. challenge; stop drinking soda.

I am embarrassed of my weight I weigh 210 Pounds and i'm 5'4 I've tried going on diet and walking/running around at the park but so many people staring so now I do it at home about how long will it take for me to lose weight I wear a jeans size of 40x38 and I don't feel good about wearing tight shirts were you can see my lower and upper body. @RockstarCheer101thats a good weight for 12 year olds. but,if you want to loose weight then make healty choices. avoid salty and sweet snacks. substitute with fruit or vegtables. and exersice!!! if you live near your school then walk to or from school. I wish all teens who want to lose weight would listen to this and other healthy videos. So many people are dumb when they lose weight and hurt themselves by not getting enough nutrients.
I lost 22 pounds since Jan. 1, and I have 8 to go. I lost the weight healthily, and guess what? It doesn't immediately all come back if I eat way too much over a weekend, like it would if I had crash-dieted.
Seriously, I used to be like 8 stones and now I'm 6 and a half. All I did was starve my self, it really works. For one month all I ate was 2 bananas a day and just drank lots of water when I got hungry, trust me u get used to it, it only took me 1 and a half months, for some it will take longer. Side effects- I would feel kinda dizzy and sometimes even faint, but trust me it's worth it. Btw I'm 14 yes old.

@MrGuy786 dude 14% body fat is still really good if ur 5 8 and weigh 153 i think u should focus more on building muscle to tighen your body and increase muscle mass. ONce you build muscle and do more long term cardio u should be cool/

@shigura12 Eat 1500 a day, but you have to do physical activity even if you dislike it. Yeah, it's going to suck the first few weeks, but within the first month you're going to feel it get a lot easier. I can say this from experience every tennis season.
@kanyonsink yes. I would exercise around 40 mins per day. There are many videos on youtube that can get your to lose weight anywhere in your body. Drink a lot of water, and cute each serving size down to 1/2 cup and try to have about 1 1/2 cups of something for breakfast, 1 cup for lunch, 1/2 cup for dinner, and eat a lot of veggies and fruits in between. good luck! hope this helps. :)

Honestly this is the sad truth many people say you dont have to starve yourself but thats not completely true. u need to shrink your stommach by eating less often and less amount than u would regulary that way u have less intake of calories. You need to also eat vitamins (cantalope, kiwi, liver, milk, etc.) the first pounds you loose is water weight so you need to also exercise. many people wont agree with what im saying but it worked for me i lost 17 pounds in 2 months. message me for more tips
This video realy helps, but not for me. I am very fit and work out a lot but my family suffers from obesity. MY fathers died from it and my moms on the verge of a heart attack. i can see it deveolping in my younger sister whoe s7 and my 17 brother just wont listen to me :( But then again my mom fills our fridge with junk. Hi guys, im about 175-178 pounds and willing to understand what i need to improve on! I'm age 14 and 6ft 1. Ive replaced all my soda with water for two months now, drinking 3-5 bottles a day. im a little flabby and have love handles. I am very fast and have pretty good endurance for my size and do stuff with my friends often. Does anyone know anything else i should do, i do eat well btw. You have what you call, FAT. Not baby fat. There's no excuse. When i was 16 i was 210. WAY over weight. So that must mean your a fatty. Go to the gym like i did. 175 now in the best shape I've ever been. In less you 6'9, Your over weight.
That's unfortunate because I know my body. I workout 5 days a week. I'm athletic. You mistake me for some scrubby little fat kid. Quite the opposite. I know what my body is. I've had teachers think I was a freshmen, not realizing I was actually a junior. You'd have to see me to see my build to make a true judgement.
Thought I implied that in my second comment. But I'd be willing to be im probably 215 in muscle. I've never tried an actual body fat percentage for a doctor though.

@MrGuy786 dude 14% body fat is still really good if ur 5 8 and weigh 153 i think u should focus more on building muscle to tighen your body and increase muscle mass. ONce you build muscle and do more long term cardio u should be cool/

I'm not obese but I have a muffin top and I really dont like it. How should I lose weight? Right now I'm doing around 15 minutes of treadmill exercise and walking my dog. I'm also cutting down on junk food but I think I ate fruit loops lol. I want to love around 5 kilos. Any help?

but wah about if ur not active? see, im a 14 year old girl, and i weight 175 lbs. but i really dont like any sports AT ALL, most likely i would go to tai wan do class or something like that, but i cant just start that rough in my first day( LIKE I DID! >:O), SO, SHOULD I JUST STOP getting that much calories per day? because my problem is that i really dont eat that much, but i get fat pretty fast :|

@shigura12 Eat 1500 a day, but you have to do physical activity even if you dislike it. Yeah, it's going to suck the first few weeks, but within the first month you're going to feel it get a lot easier. I can say this from experience every tennis season.

@kanyonsink yes. I would exercise around 40 mins per day. There are many videos on youtube that can get your to lose weight anywhere in your body. Drink a lot of water, and cute each serving size down to 1/2 cup and try to have about 1 1/2 cups of something for breakfast, 1 cup for lunch, 1/2 cup for dinner, and eat a lot of veggies and fruits in between. good luck! hope this helps. :)

Im 13 and i really need to lose weight! I am overweight and Summer is coming i already have to wear and change into shorts and tank tops for gym class. Honestly this is the sad truth many people say you dont have to starve yourself but thats not completely true. u need to shrink your stommach by eating less often and less amount than u would regulary that way u have less intake of calories. You need to also eat vitamins (cantalope, kiwi, liver, milk, etc.) the first pounds you loose is water weight so you need to also exercise. many people wont agree with what im saying but it worked for me i lost 17 pounds in 2 months. message me for more tips

This video realy helps, but not for me. I am very fit and work out a lot but my family suffers from obesity. MY fathers died from it and my moms on the verge of a heart attack. i can see it deveolping in my younger sister whoe s7 and my 17 brother just wont listen to me :( But then again my mom fills our fridge with junk. Pudding, cakes. i have to buy my own food becaus elitteraly nothing in our house is suitable for us.

Im in the same boat as most of you. Im 14 , a freshman in HS, 5 6 or 5 7 and im almost 200lbs (guessing havent weighed in 4 months im scared to.) Not eating junk is hard. mostly becuase of my parents work schedules. my moms bf is a Genral Manager of a Restraunt called El Phoenix In Texas and works late and my mom gets home at 6 and is usually too tired to cook. leaving me with fastfood. I need help and friends family and my girlfriend are pressuring me to lose weight UGH! why is it so hard?

I am quite overweight, I want to lose weight, but it's so hard to approach it to parents. My mum buys so much unhealthy food and I can't gain the courage to talk to her.
I am not overweight to the point that I am insanely insecure, I know I have a great personality, but my life, and getting dressed! would be so much easier if I could just kick the unhealthy food.
My problem is soda and chocolate. I might write something to give to my mum, it's easier. Okay sorry, I know nobody cares haha.

Hi guys, im about 175-178 pounds and willing to understand what i need to improve on! I'm age 14 and 6ft 1. Ive replaced all my soda with water for two months now, drinking 3-5 bottles a day. im a little flabby and have love handles. I am very fast and have pretty good endurance for my size and do stuff with my friends often. Does anyone know anything else i should do, i do eat well btw. That's unfortunate because I know my body. I workout 5 days a week. I'm athletic. You mistake me for some scrubby little fat kid. Quite the opposite. I know what my body is. I've had teachers think I was a freshmen, not realizing I was actually a junior. You'd have to see me to see my build to make a true judgement.
