Yes, you can. In Photoshop, go to Photoshop>Preferences>File Handling and select Camera Raw Preferences under File Compatibility. Then, under Jpeg and Tiff Handling, select Automatically open all supported JPEGS.
Yes it's good but what for ? Why do not take all images just in Raw format ???
