  • I still have the Prism

  • a have one of this but the problem is the language available is japanese and i dunno how to change the language...any help

  • I don't know why but I randomly decided to youtube "handspring pda" tonight to see what I found. I've had this PDA for a while. It was amazing. A pity I don't use it anymore :( Was really awesome to have this and the folding keyboard you could plug into it. Great for taking notes.

  • Not to mention people would see it and think it was this awesome James Bond contraption.

  • can i download a book onto it to read say like the bible

  • @mrproper15 Yes, you can use a program called Plucker (Google the word "Plucker"). It is a free ebook reader for Palm OS. Just download the electronic copy of the bible to your Palm and the Plucker program and you are all set to go. Got Plucker running on my Visor Deluxe.

  • i still have one... its really funny how PDA's have come so long from the 1990's

  • oh yeah the m505 i wanted forever 2 haha

  • but i always wanted a visor since i saw it in like a mobility magazine in the 90s

  • i hate how everyone bashes pda's but i want one i used to have a toshiba e740 and it was pimp as hell. they have way more power then a smart phone and palm os ftw there is 1 pda phone out now with that and its the centro...

  • love these things, i have teh visor deluxe, though with some mental problems. (freind dropped it on a wooden deck.)

  • These old Handspring Visors are the best. My fiancee has an Edge, and I have a Pro. After nearly a decade, they both work wonderfully and are still as useful as anything produced today.

  • I have a Visor Prism and Platinum, and they both are great machines. Same functions but less beeps than the Edge, but still very useful. The Prism has a very nice and bright screen, it's color and backlit and is easily read in daylight.

Another one I have is a Compaq PC Companion, and it's a great machine too, simply for the keyboard. Not so easy to type but gets the job done. Also has a PCMCIA card slot that I use for memory cards.

  • i have a palm. from 1998 the palm III. and its awsomeLCD screen

  • I have a z22, i think those old visors look so cool :) good review

  • Great review, thanks

  • Sorry, I said the wrong model. Mine is a HP iPAQ 5550

  • Nice. I have a PDA made by sharp but it is PALM OS on it.

I also have a Windows Mobile Pocket Pc. Its the iPAQ 5455. My Uncle gave it to me. The real good thing is ITS GOT FINGERPRINT RECOGNITION! Woo... But yeh! The PALM PDA's are good.
