I can still envision myself hearing this for the first time back in 87 and I was blown away. I envy the people just getting turned onto this today, amazing how it has stood the test of time!

i saw a dude copy Away's style once in the 80's it was awesome..i hink that was 1986...i am a diehard VoiVod fan.."To the Death" was always my fav...i think i had the first album ever since i saw the review i Kerrang back in 84 i think. Now i was a big metalhead speading the metal to all my friends back then and one of them mistakenly thought the awesome drum roll was Dave Lombardo from Slayer...No...actually it was Away from Voi Vod :P...later i would be totally immersed with "Nothingface"

VOIVOD isnt the financially success - but brilliant music, specially Dimension...

I remember the first time I see voivod playing in my hometown. it was in a small club and maybe -only- 100 people there... but VOIVOD is cult with their music from 1988!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this album before flyerhawk was born and I'm here to say it depend's on the VoiVod fan as to which album was better when comparing this album to killing tech.Us early VoiVod fans liked the ugly disharmonic sound's they dished out with such memorable hits like cockroaches.

This was their fourth album and some might argue their best. It was the bridge between the early thrash and the more progressive stuff on Nothingface (my favorite). Yes, it's a great introduction to Voivod, buy it!
