Sadly there just isn't a Tsukihime Anime, (it's a meme -an in-joke.) The Anime was soo horrid that many of the Tsukihime fans deny it's existence, I completely agree with them about the terrible quality about the anime, but living in denial is a bad thing :(

The Manga is a good but not perfect adaption

Though it's leaps and bounds beyond the anime. If you can, I'd suggest reading it. It will completely change your view on the series
