Great animation.

However: When you set up a chess board, the square on your right is white. This is true for both players. You have the board sideways. Also - queen on color: white queen on white square, black queen on black square.

Don't mean to put you down - I just figured that if you're working so hard at it, you might as well get the details right!

Great job! Must have taken ages to do all of the pieces. Don't want to know how long you left your comp on for the BAKE :P Nice bit at the end where you demonstrated destroying another piece. Now you just have to make it into a game! hehe
