Best diet for humans is deffently an alkaline diet. I think all humans should be eating natrually accuring grains such as quinoa (packed with useable protein), Spelt, Rye. Alot of vegans do it wrong so the get bad results. Also alot of vegetarian ready meals do cost alot for what it is. Stay awa from wheat and oats though.

You may drive me nuts sometimes but this made me like you a bit more. We share many views but also disagree on some things. But I'm a fan because you can conduct yourself in an intelligent way. It's refreshing. I can respect a person who is honest with their opinions despite the fact that their opinions will piss people off. The drama has been a bit of a turn off but at the end of the day (not that is matters much), I still have respect for you and will remain a viewer.

Every time I watch your videos or a LIVE show, the subject matter is the same. There have been a few videos that were not about Shiloh, Adrienne, relationships or proving your honesty...but the rest have been a merry-go-round of the exact same stuff. @moniquejpacheco age doesn't mean too much. i'm 21 and my bf is 29. he makes most of the money, but we have a healthy relationship. when it comes to real love, age and money means very little.
(however i don't think shiloh and greg have/had a very healthy relationship.)
