whoa...... this is EXACTLY the kind of thing i want... i talked to my mom today about me building a large tank and getting an albino oscar and a regular one..... i "failed" to mention that i would like a girl and a boy and have them breed.....
Dude or dudet how in the world you got a male and a female how can you tell them apart I have two Oscars I can't tell I look on the web it said you can't tell them apart
my oscars are like cleaning each other or something? there nipping (not aggressively) at each others sides and dancing around haha. anyone know what this is? there only like 2 inches big also.
p.s. i just got an albino one with black fins...its sweeeeeet looking!
Beautiful oscars but that not how u breed them. U don't record that obvious that the red light is glowing so bad. U have to cover te whole tank with black papers so the fish concentrates until the babies come out and actually swim. Reememeb make sure u seperate the male Oscar after breeding
@MrBogboi Thanks for your input mr know it all. Perhaps you could grace us with some video footage yourself. Or are you just one of the millions of you tubers who have nothing to offer but a big mouth. this is exactly the way to breed Oscars and this is some excellent footage.
5/5 love your Oscars...you can't tell the diffrence between female and male oscars, but there are some times when you can notice one get bigger then the other one and right above the dorsal fin one is always darker then the other one .

i have 3 small oscars prob between 5 and 7 inches and my alkalinity is high and the water is hard how can i get rid of this..and they are sittin on the floor right now im hopin they wont diee i switched em from a tank that was horrible and everythings fine but the alkalinity and hardness so i dont get it..
