no...it is not the bridge in proj. 6..its the bridge along mindanao ave...then turn right after kfc then straight ahead its northridge plaza or cherry fooderama...and believe me its the same situation in proj. 6, neck-deep ang tubig its along jollibee visayas ave...there's an accident pa nga, one big truck (wilcon truck) bumped into the gutter, hitting the trees, almost crossing the other lane...pls. guys, its a wake up call..stop throwing trashes everywhere..
sad to see and to think na nagyari ang bagyo but believe me it is so funny to watch the video people still have umbrella knowing na they are all wet. whats the point?..
