I remember seeing reports back when this happened in 2010 that an investigation into child abuse was called up on the Petkovs, too. I rescind my last statement: as much as I had hoped this would have been resolved by now, all I can find are reports that Jennifer Petkov pleaded guilty to attempting to run over another neighbor in February 2011, that her ex-husband was granted custody of their children, and that as recent as June 18, 2011 she is suspected to be breaking her probation by still harassing her ex-neighbors. ...Either she is crazy or really thinks going to prison will be totally cool.

I remember seeing reports back when this happened in 2010 that an investigation into child abuse was called up on the Petkovs, too. Maybe YouTube has an up-to-date video on how everything was resolved.
