The hell with the restaurants that can't compete. I own a restaurant in Salt Lake City, Utah and I'm here to say that if you can't compete then shut down.

  • If merchants had their way there wouldn't be food vendors of any kind anywhere. Bottom line is that taco trucks provide employment and fast food convenience. Where I live fast food trucks are almost non-existent.
