@Idiot99927 He either was affected by heat stroke, or he had locked his knees causing blood to pool around them & not travel to the rest of his body, making him pass out. I think it was the former, since he was still moving. When I was in high school & locked my knees out, I fell without being able to stop it.

It looks like a change of command ceremony, and this is common when standing long periods at attention,(army term for standing straight rigid arms at your side) what happens is when you lock you knees some how it makes you faint or passout, so relax your knees and bend them slightly and it wont happen, YMO

As ex military myself io've seen this happen. guys will just flake out from lack of oxygen to the brain. Can happen because of the heat, the cold, tight clothing or it could have been plain old fatigue.

Almost had it happen to me a few times and you just dont realise its happening til your falling arse over tit on parade.
