This is probably my all time favorite war game. Learning about WWII in my history class, makes me wanna go relive the missions throughout this game.

whos making use of the most current map pack? wow i can't believe precisely how really good it is! its much too overpriced however and so i simply down loaded it off mw2forfreeZinfo (replace Z with . ) the other week. i'm gonna utilize the cash i ended up saving for a different mouse

@astronautlj ... yes it is better than cod4, best game ever in my eyes, been playing it since its release and still play it regular now, i played cod4 for about 3-4 weeks , that was it, not even got that installed on my pc no more :)

CoD 2 own all the other CoD games, sure they are good too, but CoD 2 was so awesome when it came out and it still is. I don't know how many times I have played the singleplayer or how many hour I have spent playing online.

I wish they made a new game like CoD2, WaW was kinda like it but not as good :)

Call of duty 2 is the best WW2 game that ever existed !

This is also the best soundtrack for anything that has to with WW2 ... it fits the scenario 100% ! Its so awesome that i get goose bumps every time i hear it ....

shit i so want to play CoD2 now! still the best of the series! my list:

1st, CoD2

2nd, CoD1 (nothing can beat old retro graphics with great gameplay :D)

3rd, CoD4 (i dont say i hate that game, i love it but i like world war II games better)

and dont forget the expansions of 1&2. UNITED OFFENSIVE ROCKS! and the series' music gives a great touch of the gameplay. like this music gives a desert feeling. any way of finding the intro music? i heard it yesterday in an accident programme on TV

yeah m8, great games, deffo cod 2 is the best, the composer of the music is graeme revell, but it is hard to get the cod soundtrack, i eventually found it on the net and downloaded it , you get all the music from the game, 42 track in all , great album

AAAAAHHHH i get goose bumps every time i hear this theme .... when i hear it i think immediatly of scence from various documentation and movies about WW2 ... i know WW2 was a very bad thing but somehow its fascinating...

I hear you man... Im a huge WW2 junkie, despite its tragicness its infinitely interesting. In some ways I wish i could of been there to see it, or, participate in it... then i slap myself for being so stupid :O

I also dream of being a WW2 soldier : I think about what would have I done in such a dark time and, sometimes, I almost wish I could have been there, to take action in this crucial part of our History.

Then, I realise I can't say how I could have behaved during WW2 : I could have been a brave soldier or resistance fighter, or just a coward ; who knows ?

And at last, I "come back" to nowadays, and I thank all the fallen allies for their sacrifice.

yes , there is nothing wrong with orchestra music

... i listen to punk (Clash etc) but this type of orchestral music is awesome .... think about it .. lots of music like this is in movies and the music makes the movies much more exciting :-)

Yeah, I agree, and when I make videos about WW2 games I don't do like everyone else (i.e. put some metal/rock music in there) because it doesn't fit, instead I put orchestral themes that fit. =)
