Manson had the best tribute. His tribute fit perfectly to increase how intense the song was, whereas Tim Burton's version fit the movie itself better, as it was more of a playful scary. Manson's version works better as a standalone, but to fit the rest of the movie, you would have to redo the entire thing, and probably have a darker ending and even darker scenes.
