This is PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neurological Disorder Acquired from Strep). There are many videos on Youtube of people that have this. Lots of people have been cured like Sammy with antibiotics.
Some of the symptoms kind of look like autism, but I know it's not autism I've seen this episode a couple times before, I don't remember what it is though
