@offroadfury6 That's a matter of preference then, not a reason to wonder why anyone would buy it. A cars use in racing can be dictated by the amount of Aftermarket following it has. A car with little to no aftermarket performance parts for it...usually don't get raced, as it's costly to make custom parts for a car. The tC luckly enough has a Vast amount of support for it, and you can turn this car into a true competitor. Click my name and check out my Youtube page.
Ok Racing a regular Sentra is a no brainer. Its slow and its not going to win stock for stock or even it slightly modified. Now on the other hand, if they were to race the SE-R, the tC will win but not by much. The real comparison will be the Spec-V vs the tC. Now that will be a close race. If you did race for 500, you are smart, the other person is retarded.
how the fuck do people miss a shift??? ok im young and drive a stick 07 tC and ive never missed a flippin shift. do they go from like second to first or just let the clutch out before they put the stick all the way in position?
well...i don't know either hahha.. but i guess it could be becuase they get nervious and just miss a shift, i guess it have to be the third cause i don;t think nobody could miss the second..come on u just have to take it down....
you can miss second by releasing the clutch before you have it in gear and your are still pulling down to go into second as you release and thats how you miss shift. i have done it when i was at the track or racing on the street.
can a lot of cars screech the tires in second gear too cause i love how my 07 will screech in 1st and 2nd. its probably cause first gear is so damn short on that car. but once you hit second you're flyin :p
out of all the cars, why buy a scion TC? are they atleast turbo'd?

@rhythmnsmoke i duno...i'm just not a fan of foreign cars....i'd rather have a cobalt ss if I wanted a 4-banger.
I was just wanting to know why people use these cars in the racing world.

idk how you can miss second, but sometimes ppl miss third, thats probably the only gear you should miss if you happen to miss one...
